1. How long has RST Coaching Academy been in business?
   Russ Thomas, the Founder & President of RST Coaching Academy, became a Grant Cardone licensed 10X Certified Business Coach in October, 2022.  Since then, making use of his training from Grant Cardone and his 50+ years in the Business World, he has devoted himself to helping indivduals and businesses achieve their full potential in every area.
2. What is the hardest thing to overcome when working with clients and prospect clients?
   The hardest, and most frustrating, issue Russ encounters is the attitude that “I am doing OK,” and therefore do not have a drive and urgency to exert themselves to do better.  Grant Cardone says, “Average is the Enemy of Great,” and that it is “Your Duty, Obligation and Responsibility to be Successful.”  Untold people are riding on your success!
3. Do I really need a Coach?
   Yes, absolutely!  Very few people have ever reached the pinnacle of unweavering success in anything by themselves.  Business is no different.  Russ knows he could be much further along that journey if he only had a coach to teach and guide him along the way these past 50 years.  Working with a Coach is not an Expense, but rather an Investment – one with great returns.
4. What is your Coaching Process like?
   The place to start is right where you are using our Individual and Business Assessment tools – where you came from and how you got to your present position/situation.  Next, we set out a list (one or many) goals that we want to reach in the foreseeable future, along with steps to reach them.  Each coaching session typically starts with a recap of the previous session in terms of what had been accomplished, and what pitfalls had been encountered along the way.  One-On-One Coaching offers the most personal approach, and is often best suited to business owners and managers, while Group Coaching (up to 8) limits the amount of time that can be devoted to each attendee.
5. Do you offer In-Person Coaching?
   Yes.
6. What is Cardone University?
   Cardone University was created by Grant Cardone himself after many years studying the subject of Success in Business, Sales, Finance and General Motivation.  He reached the top of his postition as a Sales Professional in the Automotive Industry and created a highly successful training program to help other automovtive sales representatives succeed as well.  Years later, he modified the courses to reach virtually anyone who wants to excel in their career and life.  Cardone University is currently offered as online courseware available anwhere in the world at anytime of the day or night.  Students are advised to invest 10 – 20 minutes a day viewing content of their choice watching videos that are typically 5 – 7 minutes in length.
7. What can I expect from enrolling in Cardone University?
   Much more than you have now!!  Increases in productivity and income of 15% - 40% in 90 days or less are the norm.
